Three of our Year 5 pupils decided to raise money by holding a sale on the green. The girls raised £32 which they used to purchase items for the local food bank. Working together they selected long life items and added up the costs. What a lovely gesture from our pupils! pic.twitter.com/R91A3St8aN

Our new generation of traffic wardens!

A selection of children have been working with Project Salus to look at ways to promote road safety around our school.

The children were concerned about some of the ways adults drive and park around our school. They came up with an idea of creating tickets to put on cars that were parked on double yellow lines. The children took their role very seriously and have asked to make this a termly event!

We are also in the process of completing the final details of the Walking Bus. The risk assessments have been completed and approved and parents are in the process of having their DBS checks completed. We hope for this to be up and running in January. To promote the Walking Bus, Karen Binkman, from KCC will be visiting to share a presentation with parents.
