Three of our Year 5 pupils decided to raise money by holding a sale on the green. The girls raised £32 which they used to purchase items for the local food bank. Working together they selected long life items and added up the costs. What a lovely gesture from our pupils! pic.twitter.com/R91A3St8aN

Primary Maths Challenge

On Wednesday last week, four pupils from Year 5 visited Invicta Grammar School to participate in the VIAT Primary Maths Challenge. They took part in a range of Maths tests and quizzes which challenged their knowledge.

The girls enjoyed taking part and here are some of their comments about the day:

“I enjoyed seeing how other schools performed.”
“It tested our maths knowledge.”
