Three of our Year 5 pupils decided to raise money by holding a sale on the green. The girls raised £32 which they used to purchase items for the local food bank. Working together they selected long life items and added up the costs. What a lovely gesture from our pupils! pic.twitter.com/R91A3St8aN

Remembrance service

We held a wonderful Remembrance service in school today.  It was led by Father Matthew Buchan, who was in the Afghanistan during the Iraq war and supported many soldiers during this time.

After the service all the children, with some parents, went back to their classrooms to create remembrance inspired artwork for display around the school.
