Your PTA needs you!
It is with great sadness that Mrs Blackman has stepped down as Chair of the PTA - she has done an amazing job and continues to work hard while waiting for the role to be filled.
We would welcome any members of our school community to step forward and carry on the fantastic work Mrs Blackman has done, with the support of Mrs Robinson and many of our other fabulous parents.
The PTA is a very important part of our school and has raised an incredible amount fo money for our children. This has meant our library has been re-stocked, an inspirational author has visited our school and items have been purchased to ensure the children have fond memories of our events.
Each year, the PTA supports the school by organising events such as school discos and Mothers' Day Tea Party - without this position being filled we will not be ableto offer these brilliant events.
Due to the pandemic, we are not able to plan any big events this year, such as discos and fayres, therefore, we are looking for someone who can think outside the box for ways to fundraise for the school. The aim is not to take up a significant proportion of your time but to fit it in around family life and other commitments. The school is dedicated to supporting the work of the PTA, so you would not be alone - this is very much a joint venture.
