Three of our Year 5 pupils decided to raise money by holding a sale on the green. The girls raised £32 which they used to purchase items for the local food bank. Working together they selected long life items and added up the costs. What a lovely gesture from our pupils! pic.twitter.com/R91A3St8aN

Friendship Friday and Anti-Bullying Week

This year, 'Friendship Friday' will be celebrated on Friday 20 November, towards the end of Anti-Bullying Week. Every year, Anti-Bullying Week is co-ordinated by the Anti-Bullying Alliance, and is a fantastic opportunity to take a united stance against bullying and shine a spotlight on our brilliant bullying prevention work, not just for Anti-Bullying Week but all year round.

Therefore, over the course of the month, we invite all pupils to participate in the 'kindness' campaign by completing the 'kindness calendar'. Any pupils who complete the challenge will receive recognition of their efforts by receiving a 'kindness to others badge'.

If you require a printed copy of the 'Power of Kindness' calendar, please contact your teacher via Class Dojo.

Please send this into school at the beginning of December.
